Handy Hints and Tips on How to Make your Party Successful Do not Over Cater Children are preoccupied with our characters & will eat little at parties because of all the excitement. They will tend to graze - so keep the food simple e.g. Chips, lollies, cheerios etc. Have plenty of drinks at hand At an active party such as ours - the children will get thirsty. Softdrinks are not essential as most children are used to cordials, juices & water. A novel way to save cups - write the child's name on each cup as a special treat. Decorations These to add to the atmosphere of the party. Balloons are the cheapest & most effective way to decorate. You may choose to follow a special theme or colour for your party. You are welcome to call us for ideas or to supply decorations for your party. RSVP's Unfortunately you will be very lucky to get many or all of your RSVP's for your guests attendance. Therefore the easiest way to cater is to work out he number of guests invited (don't forget your own children!) then delete those that have said "no". Entertainers Put us in the middle of your party! Have our characters arrive a little later than the children's arrival - this allows for latecomers and ensures that all children are happy to be involved. Allow time after the entertainers departure to cut the cake & eat etc. Presents Have a pen handy when the presents are open so that you can write on the cards what the present was for later reference. Parks If you are choosing to have your party in a park or alternative venue - ensure that there are toilets close by. If you are having any rides at a park you may need to obtain council approval & may need to consider a generator for your power supply. Valuables If your party is inside your house - put away valuables and any other breakables. It is a good idea to leave a clear space for the kids to play. Party House Put some balloons on the letterbox or fence so it is easy to spot the party location. You may even make a balloon trail to follow to the party area.
